As you may or may not know I develop Enterprise RIAs - In fact I’m currently working on one as I type. This particular one utilizes Flash Remoting for all its core comms and those of us who have used remoting know that the Netconnection Debugger (NCD) is sketchy at best and downright infuriating at worst.

So I was pleasantly surprised when a college sent me a link to a java based proxy app called ServiceCapture. It has proved very benefitical in our test environment, so much so that we are in the process of requesting copies to use on a daily basis.

If you do Flash Remoting development on a regular basis and need a better communication anylyser than NCD, (don’t we all :P). Then head over to ServiceCapture’s site and grab a copy to trial. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
