AS2 Component Development - Sizing in the IDE pt.2

So in the previous article on component resizing in the IDE I looked at how to create the framework of a component so it resizes correctly via the Free Transform tool (FTT). In this article we’ll look at how to get certain assets to resize while constraining additional assets in width, height or both.

I’ve included an examples just to illustrate what I mean if you are still a bit uncertain. Anyway you can access the second part below.

    Great examples. Have you ever found a way to size the component container based on component inspector parameters? I don’t know if it can be done.

    I’m working on a grid component where it would be very useful to have the design view update based on the grid rows and columns.
