Adobe celebrates Flash’s birthday with a cake

Posted on Wednesday 9 August 2006

I walk into the office this morning (approx 20 minutes ago) to find a small brown package from Adobe on my desk. Hmm I wondered to myself what could this be. I feverishly opened the box, making sure I was careful not to shake it too violently in case it was fragile.

It turns out it was a little iced cake with the Flash logo and 10 years written underneath it LOL. Very novel.

A big thanks to my friends at Macromedia and Adobe who I’ve had the chance to hang out with and have a few beers. Happy birthday all. And an even bigger thank you to Robin for sending me the cake :P

(I have some images of it that I’ll upload in a bit)

I’m envious. Tink got one, you got one… yet I’m sitting here hungry. Bah. ;-)
